Prices- All the prices qouted in the blog are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and / or US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Refund and Exchange policyAll products sold are non-refundable.
As we always ensure our products are in good conditions before delivery, we do not allow any exchange of products.
Exchange are only allow when items, colours, size and design are not what you have ordered.
However, please take note that colours of items may differ slightly due to difference in monitor screen resolutions and camera lighting. Measurements are stated in centimeters and according to that given by the suppliers, as such there may be slight variation from actual product but we will try to ensure 90% to 95% accuracy. All the items are as shown. For pre-loved items, rate of conditions will be provided based on 10/10.
Postage for the returned items are to be borne by customers. We will only pay the postage for the newly exchange items.
We will not be liable for any defects that occur during the passage of delivery.
ReservationsFor reservations (including pre-order items), a reservation fee is required. The amount of reservation fee will be min 25% to 45% of the item price. The items will be reserve under your name for a max of 2 weeks. Please refer to
Unfinished payment if balance payment is not make within the stipulated deadline. For request on extension of reservations, please email to us. Unfinished paymentIn the case that buyers make partial payment and did not make the balance payment within the stipulated deadline, a reminder will be send via Email.
If no payment have been received within 3 days after the reminder email, items will be KIV for 1 month before relist for sales again. Partial payment will not be refund.
Mail LostLocal
We are not responsible for any mail lost after mailing out of Sassy Princesses, Missy Princesses and iTechgurl. We strongly recommand buyer to opt for register mail.
Overseas
Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charge according to the prevailing shipment rate unless otherwise stated. Tracking Number will be provided for tracking. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.
All shipping fees will be borne by the buyers.
Blacklist CustomerCustomers will be blacklisted and name in "Hall of Shame" under the following situations:
- Cancellation of order after final confimation.
- Cancel at last min after making partial payment / without making payment. Please take note that no refund of any partial payment will be entertain unless it is our fault.
- Cancellation of order 30 mins before the meet up.
- Continued delay in payment
- Not answering email / msn / sms / calls after confirmation of purchase.
